From medical software debugging and support, to international customer service, to full-spectrum telecom voice and WAN network design and troubleshooting. He has worked with many different mobile, network, and desktop operating systems (Adtran AOS/Cisco IOS, RouterOS, Vyatta, Apple iOS, all Windows systems, MacOS and Ubuntu) both physical and virtual. His experience in troubleshooting and equipment programming prepare him to solve the unique challenges that small businesses often face.
A CompTIA A+ certified technician, Caleb’s passion in the tech field is helping people reclaim their digital privacy and security. Focused on communicating with people in ways that are easy to understand, he helps to promote and educate about digital privacy and it’s importance. Providing the best and latest privacy-respecting technology and consultation for small businesses enables him to continue to make the internet a better place.
Caleb and his wife, Jenna, live with their little son, Theodore, who is expecting a little brother for Christmas 2020! They enjoy camping and being outdoors with Kalicee (Siberian Husky), Princess (Shorkie), and Duchess (Palpion), and spending time with family and friends.
